His influences reflect his commitment to diverse genres, drawing inspiration from iconic players like Jacky Vincent, Synyster Gates, Dan Sugarman, Jim Root, Mick Thompson, and Jimi Hendrix.

Currently performing as a session guitarist, Ryan regularly plays live with multiple bands, covering genres from country to pop. However, his true passion lies in rock, blues, and metal. His primary band Roronoah, is known for its intense metalcore sound, allowing him to showcase his technical skill and creativity within the metal genre.

As a dedicated coach at The Guitar Gym, Ryan focuses on building technical proficiency and style in every session, whether guiding clients through a classic blues solo, refining funk rhythms, or breaking down the complexities of metal.
