Your Availability (to attend a weekly appointment)

Please nominate possible time ranges Monday to Saturday within opening hours provided. We are asking you for what will be generally convenient for an ONGOING WEEKLY LESSON. Please don’t list only the “best time” or a time that suits this week only. We need this information to determine options based on existing available appointment times. If a particular day does not suit, leave blank or type NA.

Anything else you would like to tell us?

Terms: i) Free lessons are limited to one per person per lifetime; ii) “Free lesson” is a 30 minute private lesson or equivalent; iii) Requests for free lessons are granted at the sole discretion of The Guitar Gym; iv) Free lesson requests are granted to people who are strongly considering our services for an ongoing regular lesson programme and are only accepted directly from the prospective member. Please do not submit this form on behalf of somebody else (unless it's your child).
