When I try to login, it says “invalid username or password.”  What should I do?

Are you logging in to the correct studio location?  If not, change location.

Are you using the correct email address (username)?

Your username is the primary email address you have on file with us – the one used for your Member Zone account.

Remember, you are an existing user, not a new user.  This is because we have already entered you into the system and booked your recurring appointments.

Are you using the correct password?

Your password will be the password you generated from the email which was sent to your email address after we entered your appointments into the system.  If you ignored this email you won’t have a password.  It is a separate password to your Member Zone account password.

If you don’t know your password, or haven’t generated one, use the password recovery function:

1.  Click “Forgot Password.”

2.  Enter your email address and click “Change My Password.”

3.  Check your email and click the change password link.  If the email isn’t in your inbox, check your spam filter.

Note:  If you get the “invalid username message” after step 2, you are not using the primary email address we have on file for you.  Try one of your other email addresses.
